Turn on the oven, at 175 degrees C. Melt the butter.
Mix sugar, flour, bicarbonate and baking powder. Just use a spoon, no whisk is needed.
Add the melted butter, along with the milk.
Like so. Stir heavily.
Add the eggs.
Smoothen the batter..
..add the mashed bananas..
..as well as the chocolate. I hate chopping chocolate so I used my food processor. It makes the cake look and taste more like a chocolate cake with banana than the other way around but that's fine 😉
Grease and coat a cake pan.
Pour in the banana batter. Bake for at 45 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool; if you're in a hurry place it in the freezer for a while, to prepare it for the frosting.
Mix butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar...
Cover the cake with frosting.
Like so, my guests had arrived so I did it fast.
If you like you can sprinkle chopped chocolate on top. It's another 20 grams or so.
